You can book workshops directly through our website by selecting the desired date and time. Your can also reserve your place instore. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Our workshops are also advertised on MeetUp, TribeIRL, Luma and GetYourGuide

Yes! Our workshops are designed for all experience levels. You’ll be guided step-by-step to create your own candle using paraben-free fragrance oils and EU-certified soy wax.

All materials, fragrance oils, soy wax, container, wick, and guidance from our instructors are included. Drinks are also included (wine/soft drinks and water) You’ll take your finished candle home.

All participants must have a confirmed booking. Please book in advance to ensure availability.

Refunds are available up to 5 days before the scheduled workshop. Within 5 days of the workshop, bookings become non-refundable, but we will do our best to transfer your booking to a future date, subject to availability. Contact us at niamhlisbon@gmail.com to discuss changes.

After the workshop, your candle needs to cure for 7 days to achieve the best scent throw and burn quality. Curing allows the fragrance oils and wax to fully bind, ensuring a longer-lasting and evenly burning candle.

Yes! If you have plans after the workshop, we’re happy to keep your candle for the 7-day curing period. You can collect it directly from the studio once it’s ready.

Our candles are made from Soy Wax and Paraben-Free Fragrance Oils. They are vegan and cruelty-free.

Allow the candle to burn long enough for the wax to melt evenly across the surface to avoid tunneling and always trim the wick to 0.5 cm before lighting.

Tunnelling occurs when a candle burns down the centre of the wax, leaving a ring of unmelted wax around the edges. This usually happens if the candle isn’t burned long enough for the wax to melt evenly across the surface on the first burn. To avoid tunneling, allow your candle to burn until the entire top layer of wax has melted during each use

Burn time varies depending on the size of the candle but our 220g candles burn between 40–45 hours and our 75g candles burn between 10-12 hours.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from flammable objects, children, and pets. Always follow the included candle care instructions provided

We ship within Portugal and mainland Europe. Local delivery within Lisbon is also available on a complimentary basis

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Yes. Gift cards, used, damaged, or altered items are non-returnable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after inspection of the returned item.
