Return and Refund Policy
Returns & Refunds
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

Returned in original packaging
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Workshops & Events Refunds
Due to limited availability and advance preparation required for our workshops, the following refund policy applies:
- Refunds are available up to 5 days before the scheduled workshop date.
- Within 5 days of the workshop, bookings become non-refundable.
If you’re unable to attend after the refund cut-off, we understand that plans can change. While refunds may no longer be possible at that stage, we will always do our best to transfer your booking to a future workshop date, subject to availability.
