Soy Candle Making Workshop

Join us for a 90-minute soy candle making workshop which is a warm, mindful experience designed to help you slow down, get creative and enjoy time beautifully spent.

On arrival, you'll be welcomed with a glass of something lovely and a short introduction to how the session runs. You'll then select your preferred fragrance oil and begin hand pouring your very own soy wax candle, with gentle, step-by-step guidance throughout.

Once your candle has been poured, it will need approximately 35–45 minutes to set. This is your time to unwind and enjoy:

When your candle has set, you'll finish it by trimming the wick and boxing it up ready to take home and love.

Taking Your Candle Home
Please note that as we work with natural soy wax which is a soft wax setting times can vary, particularly during Lisbon's warmer months. If your candle needs a little longer, you're always welcome to leave it with us to set fully and collect at a later time.

For guests visiting Lisbon, we're also happy to arrange a drop-off to a local address or hotel just let us know at the time of your workshop.

A Note on Curing
Your candle will need a 7–10 day curing period before its first burn. This allows the wax and fragrance to fully settle, giving you the best possible scent throw and burn quality. Good things take time. 

A Few Things to Know
Our workshops are hosted in English and are open to all levels - no candle making experience required. Simply come as you are and enjoy the process. Workshops are open to guests aged 16 and over.
